At Semscio, we are committed to providing high-quality courses and services to help you achieve your goals. Due to the nature of our digital products and services, all sales are final, and we do not issue refunds except in rare and exceptional circumstances.
1. No Refunds All purchases made through our website are non-refundable. Once you have gained access to our courses, digital content, or services, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to online courses, downloadable materials, and consulting services.
2. Exceptional Circumstances We understand that there may be rare instances where a refund request is justified. These may include, but are not limited to:
- A technical error on our part that results in you being charged more than once for the same product or service.
- An issue with the product or service that is clearly attributable to an error on our part, and that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
If you believe your situation warrants a refund, please contact us at colleen@semscio.com within 30 days of your purchase. We will review your case and, if a refund is deemed appropriate, we will process it promptly.
